No, our catalogue of products is only available online at this website. We concentrate our efforts and finances on new products and producing a paper catalogue would be a full time job. If you see a product on the TV you are always able to phone and order this.

Postage and packing has been worked out as the average across all clients, however on average this is only half of the actual cost with CleverCut making up the difference. Even if you order 100 items your postage charge is only £1.79, however remember that if your order total is £29 or more (after any discounts are applied) then your postage and packing is FREE. Orders delivered outside the UK is subject to different post and packing charges, but we are confident these are also the best rates around.

No, We can take a debit or credit card over the telephone, however we ask that you place your order first and simply do not proceed to paying for it, then give us a call with you order number and card details. If you are ordering outside of office hours then please email us and we can call you back and take payment that way.
Back To Top Not a problem, we are also happy to except payments via cheque or postal order or we can phone you and take the payment over the telephone. Please make these out to CleverCut and send to our normal postal address. When you order through the shop you can select this method of payment and your order will be put together while we wait for your cheque or postal order to arrive.

Our staff are normally tied up packing and distributing orders, if you have to place the order via the telephone then please contact us, however during busy times we do put the answer machine on to allow us to finish despatching orders. If you are calling to order please be patient with us, if we are unable to take the order at that time then we would ask you to call back or take contact details so we can call you back.

Yes, but we advise that you telephone first and advise us that you wish to do this, we will then be able to confirm if your order is able to be added to. Sometimes orders are already packaged up, weighed and stamped prior to despatch that day, in this case it would be difficult to add to the order.
