It's not just the big supermarkets that offer loyalty points, big craft companies do as well. Earn points every time you place an order and whenever your checking out you will be able to use these points to knock money off your order total.
How Many Points Will I Earn
Every Item you place in your basket will earn you a point for every 25p your basket total goes up by, so for example if goods in your basket (after any discount promotions you use) comes to £3.75 then you will earn 15 loyalty points, £25 will earn you 100 loyalty points.
Some promotion codes will also carry bonus loyalty points, these are normally included in our newsletter so check them out.
We are also coming up some exciting schemes in the future where you can earn points when you introduce a friend or enter a competition. These are happening shortly and will be announced in our newsletter.
What Are Points Worth
Every point is worth 1p, so for every pound of goods in your basket (after discounts have been applied) will earn you 4p (equivalant to 4% discount).
When Are Points I Have Earned Available To Use
Any points or promotional bonus points earnt against an order are authorised for use when we despatch your order, on your statement you will see two tables, one showing points that are waiting to be authorised (i.e. orders that are awaiting despatch) and another showing the authorised points and any points redeemed. If you return an item for a refund we will debit the points from your statement.
How Do I Cash In My Loyalty Points
If you have points available for cashing in then whilst checking out an order you will see a field asking how many points you wish to cash in against that order, remember you only get asked this if you have points available for cashing in . |
