Why not visit CleverCut at our new retail shop in the Craft and Heritiage Centre at East Carlton Park (between Market Harborough in Leicestershire and Corby in Northamptonshire).

East Carlton Country Park is situated on the edge of the beautiful Welland Valley. The Heritage Centre, in the converted coach house and stables, houses a display featuring the history of Corby and the development of the iron and steel industry in the town. The cafe is open all year and offers light meals, hot and cold drinks and ice cream.

The first floor of the old coach house has a number of craft workshops and shops, including of course CleverCut's card making, stamping and scrapbooking shop, Jenny's Patchwork Shop and patchwork courses, Heritage Dolls Houses for everything from the dolls house to a kitchen sink (in miniture), or have a pottery party for the kids at rainbow crafts.

There are country walks throughout the park, through fine mature woodland and grasslands. You can see a varied habitat and a great variety of wild life throughout the year. The Hall is not open to the public but can be viewed from the park. The present Hall, built in 1863 on the site of a previous Hall, is thought to be the third Hall on this site.

Entry to the Park is FREE as is the ample FREE parking, kids play areas, and the heritage centres steel museum and country walks, so you can enjoy a great family day out (you can even bring the dog) without spending a fortune.

We are open 7 days a week (although we do close when we take CleverCut to one of the craft shows around the country. We ask that you check the website to confirm we are open. The crafts shows are listed below., we will update this list closer to the time of each show.
