below to the most frequently asked questions, however
if you do not find an answer to your question then

Do you have a mail order Catalogue We
are currently working on a mail order catalogue
for those clients who prefer to shop this way,
or have friends or family who have not got access
to the Internet. Although our paper based catalogue
will not be able to include all pictures or full
pack descriptions, it will include all our products
and prices.
Do you supply trade and wholesale
Yes we do, we currently supply a number of other
craft shops and Internet based craft suppliers
with our range of Professional Craft Packs. Our
products are only supplied wholesale for organisation
to resell, and attract a first time minimum order
of £100 (any order size there after). For full
details email us with your organisations details
so we
can validate
your
enquiry. If you do not wish to resell our products
but feel your orders are large enough for further
discount then please see the next question.
I want to buy a large quantity of items from your
store can I get discount
We can offer further discount
on our Professional Craft Packs for larger orders,
this would normally
be for 150+ packs, we also offer discount on other
products. Please email your order requirements
for a quotation. Larger orders are normally in
the region of £100 +.
Do
you have a minimum order size
No your order can be anysize.
I
only want one small item will I still have to pay
the normal postage and packing charge
Postage and packing has
been worked out as the average across all
clients, however on average this is only half of
the actual cost with CleverCut making up the difference.
Even if you order 100 items your postage charge
is only 85p, however remember that if your order
total is £25 or more (after any discounts
are applied) then your postage and packing is FREE.
Orders delivered
outside the UK is subject to different post and
packing charges, but we are confident these are
also the best rates around.
I want to pay by
debit or credit card, do I have to do this online.
Yes, CleverCut do not process card payments, however
these are processed through either NoChex or PayPal,
two very well recognised and respected online card
payment companies, both providing secure payment
facilities.
I do not want to
pay online, or prefer not to use a debit or credit
card.
Not a problem, we are also happy to except payments via cheque or postal order.
Please make these out to CleverCut and send to our normal postal address. When
you order through the shop you can select this method of payment and your order
will be put together while we wait for your cheque or postal order to arrive.
Can I order via the telephone
We cannot takes orders via the telephone as all our staff are normally tied up
packing and distributing orders. We ask that if you cannot order via the website
then please send the order with a cheque or postal order to us and will process
it. Remember we can only take debit or credit cards through the website.
I already have an order
being processed by CleverCut, can I add to this
Yes, but we advise that you email or telephone
first and advise us that you wish to do this, we
will
then
be able to confirm if your order is able to be
added to. Sometimes orders are already packaged
up, weighed and stamped prior to despatch that
day, in this case it would be difficult to add
to the order.
Can
I order items that are shown as Out of Stock.
You can order items that
are shown as out of stock, however these items
will be back ordered and indicated on your invoice
that they will follow. Back ordered items are
normally in most cases sent out within 3-4 weeks,
although for the majority of orders this is quicker.
