Delivery Information

On the shop front page and checkout page (including view basket page) you are shown the current despatch times when you place your order. Whatever the despatch time is set to when you place your order is the despatch time we work towards, although we always endeavour to meet the despatch time you see when placing your order this is a guide line only. Orders contianing custom items may be subject to a longer delivery time, or the custom items themselves may be shipped seperatly to the main order.

Our normal delivery method for UK orders is via the royal mails standard postage service, however you may wish to have your items delivered by insured delivery for extra piece of mind. We always receive a certificate of posting when we despatch your order, please remember that orders are only insured if you have selected and paid for UK Insured Delivery.

For orders placed outside the UK you have to select the correct postal zone for your country, these are explained below.

All our products are delivered in either a hard backed envelope, strong postal box or padded envelope, again another example of our commitment to delivering a quality product. You will see from our delivery prices below that generally the amount of postage and packing you pay is only a fraction of the total cost to getting the items to you, we set the prices this low so even if you purchase just one product from us then we still remain great value for money.

Standard UK Delivery

Only select this option for non insured UK deliveries, your item will be sent via 1st or 2nd class and you will be charged our standard postage rate of £0.85

UK Insured Delivery

If you require extra piece of mind and for UK deliveries only, you can select UK Recorded Delivery and you will be charged £1.65

FREE UK Delivery

For UK deliveries only where the order (After discounts etc.) comes to £25 or more you can select FREE UK Delivery and you will not be charged. Please note this option only appears in the list when you order after discount is £25 or more, it is still possible to select the paid service so be careful to select the correct one.

If your order consists of Stamps Away stamps or our gift vouchers only then the FREE UK Delivery option will appear when you order is £10 or more, however if your order includes ANY item other than the Stamps Away stamps or our gift vouchers then this item will not appear until your basket is at £25 or more.

International Delivery Europe

Please select International Delivery Europe from the delivery Method above for the rest of Europe (includes western and eastern Europe), you will be charged £2.95

International Delivery Zone 2

Please select International Zone 2 from the delivery Method above for USA (Including All Americas), Canada, Middle East, Africa, Indian sub-continent most of SE Asia inc Hong Kong, you will be charged £3.95
