We are currently despatching orders within 1-3 working days. This means 1-3 days after payment is received your order should be sent. Orders are not sent on weekends or bank holidays and these are not classed as working days. Unlike other craft companies we manufacture most of the products we sell, in some cases this might mean part of your order is awaiting manufacture and if this is likely to hold things up to long we will drop you an email. If you are paying by cheque then we class your order as paid for when the cheque clears, to speed things up you may prefer us to phone you and take a card payment over the phone.
